Terms of Use

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

Welcome to Claricove. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Claricove website and its content, features, and services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

1. About Claricove

Claricove provides psychological assessment and evaluation services, including comprehensive ADHD evaluations. Information provided on this website is intended to help individuals learn about Claricove and the services we offer.

Use of this website does not, by itself, establish a clinician-client, provider-patient, or other professional treatment relationship with Claricove or any member of our evaluation team.

2. Website Information Is Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

The information available on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace individualized medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should not rely on information from this website to make decisions about your health or mental health without consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

3. Psychological Evaluation Services

Scheduling an appointment or submitting information through the website does not guarantee a particular diagnosis or outcome.

Claricove's evaluation process is designed to assess the information available and provide clinical conclusions based on professional judgment and the results of the evaluation. An evaluation may result in a diagnosis of ADHD, another diagnosis, recommendations for additional assessment or treatment, or a determination that the available information does not support an ADHD diagnosis.

Claricove does not guarantee that an evaluation will result in a specific diagnosis, medication prescription, workplace or academic accommodation, disability determination, or approval of services by another provider or organization.

4. Eligibility and Location

Claricove's services are available only to individuals who meet our eligibility requirements and are physically located in a jurisdiction where the evaluating professional is legally permitted to provide services at the time services are rendered.

Additional eligibility requirements may apply depending on the type of evaluation requested.

5. Scheduling, Payment, and Cancellation

Fees, deposits, payment requirements, cancellation policies, and rescheduling policies applicable to evaluation services will be disclosed during the scheduling and intake process.

By scheduling services, you agree to the payment and cancellation terms presented to you at the time of booking.

When available, Claricove may offer third-party payment or financing options, such as Klarna or Affirm. Eligibility, approval, payment schedules, interest, fees, and other financing terms are determined solely by the applicable third-party provider. Claricove does not determine eligibility or control the terms offered by these providers.

6. Insurance

Unless otherwise expressly stated, Claricove's services are provided on a self-pay basis.

Payment for services does not guarantee reimbursement from an insurance company. If documentation is provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement, it is the client's responsibility to determine whether their insurance plan provides reimbursement and to submit any necessary documentation.

Claricove does not guarantee reimbursement or coverage by any insurance carrier.

7. Electronic Communications

By contacting Claricove electronically or providing your contact information, you acknowledge that communications may occur electronically, including through email, scheduling platforms, telehealth platforms, or other systems used in connection with our services.

Information concerning privacy and the handling of personal or health information is addressed in our Privacy Policy and any applicable privacy notices or consent documents provided during the evaluation process.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Claricove website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, scheduling platforms, payment processors, financing providers, telehealth platforms, or other services.

Claricove does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security practices, or terms of use. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms and policies established by that provider.

9. Emergencies and Crisis Services

Claricove is not an emergency or crisis-response service.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are concerned about your immediate safety, you may also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Do not use this website, email, or online scheduling tools to seek emergency assistance.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website—including text, graphics, branding, logos, design elements, educational materials, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Claricove and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use website content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Claricove's website content without prior written permission.

12. Accuracy and Availability

Claricove makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, website information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.

Services, pricing, availability, evaluation procedures, policies, and website content may be modified from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Claricove and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliated professionals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising solely from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by law or to alter any professional obligations applicable to services actually provided by a licensed healthcare professional.

15. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Information collected in connection with actual psychological evaluation services may also be subject to additional privacy protections and notices, including those required by applicable federal and state law.

16. Changes to These Terms

Claricove may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another jurisdiction's law is controlling.
